The Philippines Archivesphoto was taken in Kendall, a suburb of Miami, and was confirmed as authentic to the Miami New Timesby the Three Lakes Property Owners Association, who manages the property.

But it keeps happening.

Two students were suspended from a Pennsylvania college a month before Halloween after they took a few Snapchat videos featuring one of them -- a white woman -- wearing blackface.
